Always excellent service. Friendly, respectful, they offer explanations that make sense. I never feel I’m pressured to purchase something I don’t need.

I’ve been coming to Greenline for about 12 years since I moved into the Midway neighborhood. They have always given phenomenal, fair and kind / courteous service. Ralph was fantastic, and now Steve, as the new owner has picked right up where Ralph left off: kind, fair, accommodating, competent. I have a newer vehicle so I typically service at the dealership now. But Steve was awesome for getting me in on short notice a year ago for a punctured tire repair. And today, he got me in (with one day’s notice) for oil change and tire rotation / as I couldn’t schedule as needed with the dealership before a trip. Like Ralph, Steve cares about people and good business practice / reputation, which welcomes new customers as well as maintaining the old!! Well done Steve and crew!!

BEST mechanic in Metro area! We were at three different mechanics for engine light troubles and finally someone who is honest and on time! Only charged us for labor, when the part they thought would fix it didn't. Prices are WAY lower than the others we have tried (for the same parts) and, although one problem is bigger than expected, Steve gave us the information in detail (minus the auto jargon) and advice when we asked! Bonus for after hours drop off! 10 ⭐!!!!

I found Green Line Auto when an international car manufacturer had me meet there and I would test drive high-end pre-production vehicles in by driving to various cities on a pre-planned route. The service was good during that experience, I have decided to use Green Line Auto for my personal vehicle. I have been there twice and have excellent and very thorough service both times. I highly recommend Green Line Auto. I have met the Owner named Steve as well as a great mechanic also named Steve. I feel I am in great hands when I am there and strongly recommend them for both vehicle repairs (big and small) and tire replacement.

Greenline is near my place of employment so that’s why I first went there. They were fast, friendly, and convenient. When it came to purchasing new tires I shopped around and found their prices were consistently lower than everywhere else I looked. Over the years, time and time again they have always gone above and beyond anywhere else I have had my vehicles serviced. Literally just today I saw found a nail in my tire and despite being totally booked on their schedule they would do their best to squeeze in a tire patch. If I ever have to change jobs or I am no longer near Greenline, I am still bringing my vehicles there because I have not ever actually had auto service like this I actually TRUST. Simply the best.
